Job Descriptions 1. Management of available resources, including manpower, consumables, material and fabrication equipment in an efficient manner; 2. Manage and control operational costs and expenses, including manpower, consumables, materials, and equipment; 3. Provide leadership and direction to the fabrication team, including supervisors, and welders; 4. Responsible for handling staff member discipline and grievances and motivating them in their performance; 5. Managing and coordinating between fabrication/installation and pre-fabrication; 6. Managing erection and fabrication activities (Fit up, welding, and lifting); 7. Oversee the acquisition and stock level of supplies and materials, making sure that the costs are controlled and quantity and quality requirements are fulfilled; 8. Responsible for managing sub-contractors involved in the assembly stages; 9. Develop and execute production schedules to meet consumer demands and delivery deadlines; 10. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency and meet production targets; 11. In charge of fabrication yard installation operations (piping installation, part machining); 12. Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality standards; 13. Searches for the most efficient technical solutions; 14. Carrying out the internal coordination with various departments in the organization; 15. Provide reports to senior management regarding the performance and productivity of the fabrication team; 16. Provide solution or advice in any event of emergency condition or situation; 17. Any other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned by your superiors from time to time. Job Qualifications At least 15 year(s) of working experience in a related field (having worked in a heavy industrial). Mechanical Engineering or vocational course (or any related field)
