Location Full job description This position will be appointed under subsidiary of PEKEMA i.e Central Auto Distributors Bhd (CADB).
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan for EV charging infrastructure deployment, considering factors such as site selection, technology choices, scalability, and regulatory requirements. Project Management: Lead the end-to-end project management process for EV charging installations, including coordinating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation. Site Assessment and Selection: Conduct site assessments to identify suitable locations for EV charging stations, considering factors such as accessibility, electrical infrastructure, and customer demand. Vendor Management: Collaborate with EV charging equipment suppliers, contractors, and service providers to procure necessary hardware, software, and services for charging infrastructure deployment and maintenance. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to EV charging infrastructure, and ensure that all installations comply with applicable requirements. Customer Support: Develop and implement customer support processes to address inquiries, issues, and feedback related to EV charging services, ensuring a positive experience for users. Training and Education: Provide training and educational resources to internal staff and external stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of EV charging technology and services. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data collected from EV charging stations to generate insights into usage trends, revenue generation, and operational efficiency, and prepare regular reports for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in the field of renewable energy, electric vehicles, or infrastructure development. Strong technical knowledge of EV charging technology, including different charging standards, hardware configurations, and software platforms. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to EV charging infrastructure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
