Event Clearance Executive

**JOB PURPOSE**:An Event Clearance Executive is responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating based on each member's strengths and skill and offering the training necessary to complete certain tasks. They are also responsible for inspiring and motivating team members with regular encouragement, keeping the enthusiasm going by providing individualized coaching when needed.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Encourage all participants to take an active role in the project- Drive the project team for on time delivery- Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team- Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks- Responsible for determining the goals that members will work toward.**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:- A diploma in business management, sales or a related field may be advantageous.- Experience in sales & management is necessary.- Intermediate level Excel skills - familiar with how to use pivot tables, VLookup, and date functions among other more.- Minimum of 2 years' experience as assistance supervisor/store captain or related field.- People Management - Excellent leadership and communication skills.Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- How many years of experience you have work in retail industry?- Our budget for this position is between RM 1,800 - RM 2,200.
