1. Telemarketing - assist in making follow-up calls to direct-mail prospects.2. Sales appointments/Prospecting - make personal sales call to secure appointments and follow-up.3. Market research & competitor benchmarking - carry out surveys/research work to assist in determining market trends, assist in the collation and update of competitor information.4. Assist in handling walk-in/ media social/ call-in enquiries5. Outdoor promotions - represent the company during our participation at external/outdoor exhibitions, promotional launches, seminars/conventions.6. Advertising/public relations - assist in advertisement placement and logistics as well as assist in public relations duties.7. Banquet - handle enquiries on functions, generate quotation letters to interested parties, follow-up on the quotation, follow-up on the function if confirmed.8. Filing and office administration - assist in the filing of membership documentation into members' individual files, stationery stock replenishment and brochure preparation9. Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries.10.Planning events in conjunction with the client. Presenting and Selling available and suitable banquet / event options to the highest possible standard.11.Contact Meeting Planner by mail, telephone, customer outings and site inspections..12.
