Event Development Specialist

Qualifications : - Diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication or related field. Requirements : - Background and experience in event management- Decent written English- Strong communication skills- Basic computer literacy Job Descriptions : - Coordinate event activities with team members and event crew- Analyze event data, and perform route planning and safety briefings- Arrange necessary event setup and materials with relevant parties- Present and promote company's products and services to existing and prospectiveclients- Perform cost- benefit and needs analysis of existing and new events to achieve thebest results- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximizesatisfaction- Work with authorities and vendors to carry out public outdoor events- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends- Continuously improve events through feedback and debriefing- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to achieve targets
