**Social Media Management**- Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.- Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.- Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.- Maintaining company website**Event Management**- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success.- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.- Coordinate all operations- Perform any ad hoc when required.**Job Requirement**- Minimum 1 year and above of relevant marketing/social media/event working experience in the related field.- At least Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or professional qualification- Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.- Great work ethic and high sense of urgency.- Excellent organizational skills, Outstanding communication skills, A team player**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)- event management: 1 year (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
