Event Operation Executive

Manage all aspects of Event Operations, including planning, production, logistics coordination, warehousing, inventory management, budgeting and timeline adherence.- Co-ordinate with suppliers with pre-event, during event & dismantling arrangements.- Managing exhibitors orders, prepare quotation & collect payments.- Liaise and co-ordinate between suppliers & exhibitors arrangements.- Mange onsite part-timers.- Overlook onsite counter to ensure event run smoothly.- Manages onsite stock arrangements.- Ad hoc tasks assigned**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in Event Operation or similar role.- Ability to multi tasks & meet deadlines.- Able to handle pressure & a problem solver.- Excellent attention to details, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of Event planning and execution.- Great communication & negotiation skills.Working day: Monday to Friday 10am-5.30pm**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthAbility to Commute:- Cheras (required)Ability to Relocate:- Cheras: Relocate before starting work (required)
