Event & Pr Executive

**Jobscope**:- Responsible to handle sales leads from in-bound phone calls and website enquiries.- Client servicing & relationship building- Able to come up with clear event marketing strategies- Manage the events process throughout, from planning, to delivery as well as post event follow up and analysis- Liaising with suppliers and contractors for quotations, venue recce, site measurements, bookings, permits, etc- Effective end-to-end event project management- To oversee event build ups from start to finish, whilst ensuring all health and safety aspect are met.- Working with the team collaboratively to build, maintain and confirm a healthy pipeline of events- To take on client servicing role for assigned accounts- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure deadlines are met.**Job Requirements**:- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): Sales, Event Management, Event Operations, Customer Service, Project Management, Marketing.- Proven track record in delivering high level events in Malaysia- Passionate about the events industry- Able to come up with creative ideas to pitch- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English- Ability to lead an event and direct client decision making**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
