Event & Roadshow Specialist

**What you'll do**:- Involve in full project cycle, from analyzing, planning, sourcing, budgeting, production, setting up related events.- Assist in crafting proposal desk for events, recruiting temporary manpower, liaising with vendors and preparing check-lists.- Coordinate and communicate with related parties (internal and external), including but not limited to suppliers, event organizers, agencies to ensure the smooth progress- To follow up at all division to ensure the events are progressing on track and well planned.- To assist in compiling feedback, analysis and survey about event from competitor brand / prominent market players- To help ensuring brand image is in best positioned through the event, including but not limited to set up / hygiene tidiness.- Data key-in, filing, recording and other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.**; Requirements**: - Employee Welfare and Benefit- Professional Training- Opportunities for Promotion- Basic + Performance Bonus + Allowances- Performance-based salary increment policies and reward system- Free parking- Office near with LRT Alam Sutera Station and LRT Muhibbah Station- Car and Housing Subsidy for YOUR OWN CAR and HOUSE- Seminar/Staff Training Subsidy- Year-end Bonus- Motivated and inspired team that works with you, not against you.
