Event Sales Coordinator

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Sales Manager to join our team.**In this role, your key responsibility will be to**:- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to secure events with clients.- Develop and manage comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets.- Collaborate and communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure the smooth execution of events.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.- Proactively handle any arising issues and quickly resolve unforeseen problems that might occur on the event day.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.**To help succeed in this role, you'll need**- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project and sales in the related field is preferable. (Fresh graduate is welcome to apply).- Demonstrate success in sales roles within the events industry.- Possess strong interpersonal skills to expand and attain new market opportunities to increase event sales.- Proficient in communication and reading in both Mandarin and English.- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and execution.- Certification in event training (e.g., train the trainer) or related fields is a plus.If you believe you have what it takes for this position, we invite you to reach out and join us.
