Event & Training Executive

Our client is a producer of premium quality products (skin care, personal care, beauty, health and wellness) is looking for a talented Event and Training Executive based in KL, to be part of a team to organize trainings and events, and maintain effective communication with our partners and customers.**Responsibilities**:- Plan, manage and deliver online and offline events and training smoothly, efficiently, on time and within budget.- Build up and maintain effective relationships with distributors to support the growth of the network business.- Good problem-solving skills to handle and resolve any issues that may arise from the event/training.- Any other ad-hoc projects/duties related to sales as per assigned.**Requirements**:- Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline.- Proven experience as Training Executive or similar role.- Bilingual - English and Chinese.- Excellent communication and people skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Good negotiation skills to work out best prices for the company.- Target-driven and able to work effectively in a team environment.- Willing to learn, share ideas, receive and provide feedback.- Willing to work late and on weekends.- Willing to travel.- Proficient in MS Office.Benefits: 5-day week, monthly sales incentive, staff purchase, Performance Bonus, medical, etc.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Language**:- Mandarin (required)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)
