Support the planning, execution, reporting, tracking and fulfillment of agency sales and recruitment campaigns, incentives/loyalty, initiatives/programs such as Achievers' Club and A&P, reward and recognition programs such as sales convention and other recognition events and and engagement activities/events for the agents.Major duties and responsibilities- To lead the planning and execution of all events for Distribution- To work with various departments in organizing the company's annual corporate event calendar.- Manage internal and external resources in supporting the success of all events- Develop partnership with key departments and contribute ideas in the execution of the events that will help them achieve their business objectives- Manage the expenses for every event within the budget provided- Identify and recommend new ideas to improve the branding and marketing impact and efficiency of the events- Work closely with the Communications Team to ensure timely distribution of communication to stakeholders with regards to the events concerned- Ensure timely execution of all campaigns/incentives/reward and recognition programs/activities/events.- Cl0se follow up with sales team/stakeholders involved to pace and ensure highest success possible for all the initiatives launched.- Work with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely communications of campaigns/initiatives/programs/events to all marketers and proactively initiate new ways/ideas of communicating campaigns in the most effective way.- Work with Data Analytics & Reporting to ensure timely daily/monthly/quarterly of the required reporting and tracking to the marketers and management.- Timely fulfillment of reward/incentives to the marketers and agents.- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for the development and production of events, activities and promotional material and other collaterals.- Support the engagement activities with marketers and agents to ensure all campaigns/incentives/reward and recognition programs/events launched is clearly understood and reached all levels of marketers involved.Skills- Exceptional organizational and time management skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Effective written and oral communication skills in English- Good communication and presentation skills.- Creative and innovative with a good project management core- Positive, proactive and a great motivator- Result oriented and self motivated- Good people skills and teamplayer- Meticulous and detailed person- Intermediate in PowerPoint, Excel, preferable skills in photoshop/AI- Excellent in both written and verbal communicationsExperience- Has at least 5 years of working experience in event management, conference, conventions, corporate functions, etc- At least 5 years relevant experience in agency campaigns/incentives in general insurance/related industry or relevant capacity- Experience dealing with agency/sales force is an advantageQualifications- BS/BA university degree
