Details of the offer

**Job Title**:- Executive.ADS - Station Management**Reports To**:- Manager Passenger Services**Role Purpose**:- Manage FOCA ground operations and administration as per Service Level Agreement (SLA). Adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, company service standards and standard operating procedures while perform service delivery. Monitor performance to meet KPI and compliance audit. Administratively report to AeroDarat management and operationally report to the respective FOCA Station management.**Key Accountability**:- Continuously adhere to and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the obligations detailed in the Workplace Health and Safety Act and AeroDarat policies and procedures.- Maintain a safe and secure operation within the airside environment by complying with all procedures.- Carry out Aviation SMS responsibilities and ensuring that all actions are in line with relevant regulations and SOPs.- Comply with induction and training of AeroDarat Workplace Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures.- Ensure all risks within the workplace are identified, report and controlled.- Chair or participate in meetings as a means of obtaining information, identifying procedural problems, safety and security issues and areas of focus for continuous improvement.- Has authority when coordinating and addressing safety matters at the workplace and in cooperation with QASS.- Report all incidents / accidents immediately to the Head of Business Unit (FOCA) and Manager of Passenger Services.**Qualifications & Working Experience**:- Tertiary education (STPM/Diploma/Degree/Professional qualifications) in any field of study or its equivalent from recognized institutions with at least 2 years working experience in airport operations airport operations and ground handling or- SPM with minimum 5 years working experience in airport operations and ground handling.- Required to attend all regulatory and mandatory training as per AeroDarat Training Manual (TGM) with passing mark.**Skills & Knowledge**:- Strong leadership/ coaching qualities, able to work as a team in achieving quality outputs/ deliverables.- Able to command and provide guidance in any crisis or emergency situations.- Knowledgeable ground handling business, Business Continuity Management (ERP and BCP) Airlines SLA and IATA Standard Ground Handle Agreement.- Good project management skill.- Self-motivator with amicable personality, high integrity and ethic value.- Able to analyse and make decision creatively.- Oversight the compliance level of AeroDarat Services including vendors and contractual customer airlines at KLIA.- Able to work well under pressured.
