**Position Title**:- Executive, Airlines In-Flight Contracts**Reports To**:- Manager, Contract & Project Management**Position Summary**:- Plan, develop, execute and monitor the establishment and implementation of In-Flight Operations' commercial agreements to ensure that in-flight products and services transactions are governed and protected with valid agreements and in compliance with MAB's contract management policy..**Responsibility**:- Responsible to ensure that In-Flight Operations' commercial agreements are duly planned, developed, implemented and executed in accordance with MAB's contract management policy.- Coordinate and facilitate communications with all the relevant stakeholders i.e. Group Procurement, Finance Business Partner, Group Legal and with Caterer system wide on the commercial contract initiation, development and implementation.- Maintaining and ensuring the completeness of records and files of all on-going, current and previous commercial agreements / tenders.- Track, coordinate and analyze suppliers / vendors (i.e. caterer, service vendor) KPIs in meeting SLA standards as stipulated in the contract.- Support the superior by ensuring all IFO contracts are within corporate governance regarding timeliness and executive sign-off. Prepare board/management papers for new appointment and contract extension of suppliers / vendors.**Qualifications & Working Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration /Finance / Business Study / Logistic or related field with 2-3 years working experience**Areas of Experience**:- Broad knowledge of airline products and operations especially on in-flight catering operations.- Good background in planning, operational, administration and finance.**Personality Traits**:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results - oriented approach.- Strongly willing to deliver a quality outcome with mínimal supervision.
