Don't hesitate anymore, join us!****Responsibilities**- **Calendar Management**: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the executive.- **Meeting Coordination**: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes- **Administrative Support**:Performing various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, expense tracking, and maintaining records.- **Project Coordination**: Assisting with special projects or initiatives, coordinating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.- **Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with client(students).- **Office Management**: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring smooth operations.- **Information Management**:Organizing and maintaining files, records, and other documents, both in physical and digital formats. They may also be responsible for data entry and keeping databases up to date.- **Task Management**:Assisting with various tasks and projects as assigned by their employer.
