Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:1. Responsible to update daily transaction on new booking/cancellation/termination sales unit.2. To do a proper verification in e-sales system & ensure all buyer details are correct & upload accordingly.3. Responsible to update report on daily basis and ensure all the info is right.5. Coordinate with relevant parties on signing appointment, ensure all buyer & property detail are correct in system & appointment went well.6. Ensure all the related form, SPA, LO & LA successfully executed & payment collected, prepare conversion documentation, any sales package entitlement, submit & upload all into the system.7. Handling sales enquiries for walk-in or online/ any 3rd parties8. Providing customer service, ensure customer queries successfully reach with appropriate conclusion.9. Perform any ad-hoc assignment/ duties as require by HOD/management from time to time.**Requirements**:1. Relevant Bachelor's Degree, post graduate Diploma, or equivalent.2. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.3. Fresh graduate are welcome / 2 years working experience will be an added advantage.4. Applicant should be independent, pro-active, result driven, market oriented with good communication skills.5. Willing to work during weekend and public holidays when required.6. This position is a **1 year contrac**t basis and will be based at **Batu Berendam, Melaka.****Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: From RM2,100.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)Ability to Commute:- batu berendam (required)Ability to Relocate:- batu berendam: Relocate before starting work (required)
