CompanyMalaysian Communications & Multimedia Commission- locationMalaysia : Selangor- Cyberjaya_- Get Direction- Deadline16 Mar 2024, 4:59 AMJob ScopeJob SummaryTo provide the necessary legal services as required/assigned (which includes the provisioning of legal advice/opinion and handling the progress of litigious matters) with a view of ensuring the interest and rights of the Commission are well safeguarded and within the laws.Job Responsibilities- Prepare the required legal advice on matters affecting the Commission, to ensure sound advice is provided in safeguarding the interests and rights of the Commission.- Draft/vet legal documents involving the Commission, to ensure that the interests and rights of the Commission are well protected.- Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders which relate to the provisioning of legal services required, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the legal matters raised and the legal interests of the Commission are well protected.- Job Requirement- A member of the Malaysian Bar will be an added advantage.- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience with exposure in both corporate and litigation.Minimum Year of Working Experience- 1 YearMinimum Qualification- Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Grade- Second Class UpperField Of Study- Law
