Online Sales Executive for Whatsapp, call, website, email REQUIREMENT: - Experience in sales/customer service at least 1-2 years* - Typing speed 40 WPM and above. Below 40 WPM considered FAIL - Good in Bahasa and English (written and spoken). - Excellent social skills, attractive, client relationship JOB SCOPE: - Manage large amount of incoming Whatsapp /Live chat /calls - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Take the extra mile to engage customers - Meeting sales goals, motivation for sales, negotiation skill - We need someone can convert sales. Company will bring leads, you just need to convert OFFER: Fulltime position (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), trial period 3 months.
