Executive, Customer Service Telemarketing

**About You**CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales Representative, for our Customer Service Department. We need a self-driven individual with effective communication and negotiation skills. Your responsibilities include and not limited to identifying potential customers, assisting the end-to-end customer experience journey, and closing thedeal.**Your Day-to-Day**- Perform Outbound calls to potential customers available in CARSOME's Internal database to persuade and convince them to make online booking payment for their preferred CARSOME cars.- Delivers scripted sales talks to describe services or products to potential customers.- Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME's used car business, product & service offerings.- Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled.- Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.- Contributes to teamwork by achieving relevant results.- Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using CARSOME tools provided.**Your Know-How**- Education Level - A high school qualification or equivalent.- Proven experience as Telemarketer or similar sales role with a minimum 1-year experience.- Able to work under a fast phase environment.- Have a positive mindset, sales-oriented person.- compulsory.- Strong English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Telemarketing: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)
