Executive Food & Beverages

To develop F&B menu for MBO Concession, Cafécito & Premier Lounge.- To prepare F&B SOP for MBO Concession, Cafécito & Premier Lounge.- Analysis report for concession, café & premier.- Scheduling coordinating cinema ordering and stock transfer.- Compile report data on F&B products (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly)- Always standby on any events or moments to solve working resources.- Keeping the cinema team updated on the latest new product in the food and beverage sectors.- Maintain strong relationships with current suppliers and continually identify and source potential suppliers from within the region and abroad.- Strong focus on operations, cinema stock on hand, guest service, and F&B quality.- Ensure that consumable and non-consumable goods are correctly stored across all locations and that the sites follow food safety standards.- Be fully conversant with all statutory requirements regarding food and beverage operations in markets.- To be fully aware of trends in the industry and ensure constant improvement of the food and beverage operations.- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required by the Superior.- Keep monitor for the new product launching sales and quantity sold especially Movie merchandise.- Submit weekly report, check all invoices and submit to related department.- Ability to learn a new related skill by following the scope, especially vista (Cinema system).**Job Requirements**:- Minimum certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or extensive F&B operations or higher qualifications.- Minimum with 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity preferably in F&B, Hotel and hospitality, or retail industry.- High-volume, fast-paced restaurant experience is added advantage.- Able to perform under pressure.- Strong analytical skills & negotiations skills.- Aggressive and desire to grow.- Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).- Willing to work during weekends and public holiday.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
