Job Description: Responsible for the general administration functions. Managing correspondences with internal/external stakeholder Responsible in warehouse management. Responsible in office maintenance, office equipment and office furniture. Responsible to liaise with supplier/vendor/contractor for quotation or office repair maintenance, repair office equipment, furniture etc. Insurance and road tax renewal and updating. To support others administration staff in their daily job when necessary. To ensure all Admin activity process with more systematic and efficiency. To work closely with other team members in order to meet the management targets. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Company's information assets is protected   Requirement:  Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Management or equivalent from a recognized university. One or more years of exposure in clerical support experience and duties will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Outlook Possess Driving/Motorcycle license. Hardworking and focused Goal oriented and strong commitment in achieving target Warmth and friendly personality
