We simply believe 'Your Career Our Journey'.**_Purpose - _**We empower our people to make a positive difference in our organisation ~ for themselves.**_Recognition - _**We have a strong local presence under the network of a growing global BDO organisation and a credible brand.**Overview****Key Responsibilities**- Develop creative concept and designs for various marketing collaterals- To work closely with the Corporate Office/Marketing & Communications team in brainstorming and developing effective and creative communication materials including brochures, advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing materials- Able to create creative and trending social media posts and content management on various social media platforms- Organisation and maintenance of project (work files), templates and images- Ensure design assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency- Possess skills in photography, videography and editing is an added advantage- Knowledge in basic web design and CMS would be an added advantage**Education and professional skills / knowledge****Experience & Education**:- A recognised Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Art, Graphic Design or equivalent- 1-2 years of working experience in related field would be ideal. Fresh graduates may also apply- Skilled in software usage (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc)**Other Skills**:- Possess creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense- Able to adapt to quick environment change and work in accordance to tight deadlines- Must be prepared to work collaboratively with various departments yet independently on projects; and flexible to participate in various projects as part of a team
