Job Description Participate and assist the Group Finance Senior Manager in the following areas in respect of future / present / exploratory ad-hoc projects of Group Finance, to support decision making by Senior/Top Management; Financial feasibility review and due diligence; Perform desktop regulatory, market and industry research as well as analysis Preparation and/or review of financial models; and Preparation of relevant board papers, presentation materials and supporting documents. Provide analytical and documentation support to the Group Finance Senior Manager in Group Treasury and Tax functions with insights and analysis of the situation. Propose feasible action steps based on the analysis. Monitor and alert the management on the financial trends based on analysis performed to obtain decision / position on the market direction, in order to take opportunity of any favorable market situation that are beneficial to the organization. Familiarize and keep current of available treasury products that are available to ascertain which product is the best for the organization. Obtain necessary approvals to utilize these products. Structure knowledge and document processes pertaining to treasury and tax to ensure ease of reference and retrieval for reference when required. Assist to manage and coordinate with Group Finance Senior Manager in risk management and group internal audit work performed by outsourced risk management advisor and internal auditors. Jointly review and validate the work deliverables from the outsourced risk management advisor and internal auditors to ensure fact driven audits are completed and can be substantiated. Facilitate presentation of audit findings to the Board Audit Risk Committee through collaboration with Company Secretary and outsourced risk management and internal auditors. Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance. At least 2-3 years of working experience in accounting or financial advisory firms. Experience / proficiency in financial modelling is essential.
