Write copy that is clear, concise and grammatically correct Develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voiceExperience with web mark-up language and search engine optimizationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills Actively participate in team, unit and department activities that inculcates close team relationship among the teammates; regularly contributes ideas for work and workplace improvement.Job Holder RequirementsActive listening skills, passionate about people and driven to delight every customerDiplomatic and tactful, analytical and innovative, a team player and a multi-tasker, confident and able to communicate with people of all levels.Strong phone etiquette with ability to maintain a positive countenance when communicating with internal and external stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Word and Excel Excellent in written and verbal English and Malay writing skills and phone etiquetteMust be flexible to work on shift hours and on Weekdays, Saturday and Public HolidayEducation/QualificationsMalaysian citizenDiploma/ Degree in any field of study; and/or with related working experienceExperience2 years and above work experience in customer support via email, social media response and live chat
