If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesFunctional Aggressively source and book new financing cases for the bank;Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshows and any other sales activities to achieve sales targets;Complete action of all leads assigned via LMS and strive to deliver high conversion rate of these leads to sales;Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer;Attend road shows and/or any branch/off-site activities when required;To actively promote Personal Financing & ASB Financing products;Cross selling other banking products as and when opportunity arises to increase customers' stickiness with HLB;Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling;Ensure bank's interest is protected at all times;Comply with bank's relevant internal policies, SOPs, sales compliance and statutory requirement in relation FSA, KYC, AMLA and all relevant internal policies & procedures and sales compliance;To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.Managerial To collaborate with peers and colleagues in creating a positive customer experience;To contribute to an achievement oriented working environment.Organizational Represent HLISB in relationship building with the community;Continuous effort to improve business in support of building brand awareness and improving customer experience.Jobholder RequirementsMalaysian CitizenEducation/QualificationDiploma, Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferredExperienceMin 3 years in sales experience;Experience in banking products, process and policies.
