Executive - HLISB (Personal Loan Specialist)**If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us...****Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities****Functional (job responsibilities)****Sales & Revenue**- Aggressively source and book new financing cases for the bank;- Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshows and any other sales activities to achieve sales targets;- Complete action of all leads assigned via LMS and strive to deliver high conversion rate of these leads to sales;**Customer Relationship & Marketing**- Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer;- Attend road shows and/or any branch/off-site activities when required;- To actively promote Personal Financing & ASB Financing products;- Cross selling other banking products as and when opportunity arises to increase customers' stickiness with HLB;**Compliance & Regulatory**- Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling;- Ensure bank's interest is protected at all times;- Comply with bank's relevant internal policies, SOPs, sales compliance and statutory requirement in relation FSA, KYC, AMLA and all relevant internal policies & procedures and sales compliance;- To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.**Managerial (team/group responsibilities)**- To collaborate with peers and colleagues in creating a positive customer experience;- To contribute to an achievement oriented working environment.**Organizational (organizational responsibilities)**- Represent HLISB in relationship building with the community;- Continuous effort to improve business in support of building brand awareness and improving customer experience.**Jobholder Requirements**- Malaysian Citizen**Education/Qualification**- Diploma, Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferred**Experience**- Min 3 years in sales experience;- Experience in banking products, process and policies.About Hong Leong BankWe are a leading financial institution in Malaysia backed by a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
