Executive - Human Resources (Recruiter)

**Job Requirements**- Planning and executing recruitment exercise for outlets- Developing and improving the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost effective- To ensure recruiting activities are within the budget and timeline- To conduct induction / orientation program for new join.- To conduct pre-screening interview using various reliable recruiting and to attend face to face interviews together with hiring manager- Liaise with hiring manager on recruitment states- Able to perform ad-hoc task as per assigned**Role Requirements**- Possess a Degree in Human Resources/Psychology or equivalent qualification- Good knowledge in using Microsoft software- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia- Good interpersonal and communication skills- With 1-2 years' experience in recruitment/staffing or related disciplines will be added advantage- Able to work in HQ office located at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam and travelling required.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Are you able to based and work at Bukit Jelutong U8, Shah Alam?- Are you able to travel around Klang Valley and outstation whenever needed?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)
