Establishing strong and transparent 3-way relationships with stakeholders (industry vs analysts) with internal stakeholders synergizes the efforts and fosters a reputable image of MCMC in pursuing MCMC's goals and delivering the national agenda.Job Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and managing communication and relationships between MCMC's management with C&M licensees to foster close collaboration and provide feedback to management.- Monitor industry happenings and be the focal point of reference.- Network with industry players and put consumer-centric work ethics ahead, in order to understand the needs of the Rakyat and to address them effectively.- Assist in communicating the government's agenda and messages effectively to licensees for their distribution on their respective platforms across from mainstream to social media platforms where applicable.- Engage with analysts for the release of information relating to regulatory policies, industry development as well as performance in relation to Communication and Multimedia (C&M) sectors.- Draft contents (financial and non-financial) related to the industry sectors in a timely and regular way to be published as analysts' reports.- Present/Convey analysts' queries/feedback to management in a constructive manner.- Maintain a loyal analyst base and build trust and long-term credibility with the investment community.- Assist in coordinating meetings, and conferences for analysts and the press for the release of C&M market capitalization information and talking points on financial briefings.- Close interaction interdepartmentally and be the interface in terms of communicating the organization's directive and information to the industry.- Assist in planning, participating, and managing the programs developed by the function team in transforming the industry ie. Labs.- Plan and manage International Celebrations and advertorials i.e World Post Day, WTISD and World TV Day.- Track the communication activities of industry players promptly.- Assist in coordinating the reporting cycle of activities and sentiments of industry players. Key sectors via staying in touch.- Update central depository for industry information and communication.- Job Requirement- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, Business Administration, International Business, or related disciplines with a minimum CGPA 3.00 from a reputable University/College.- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of working experience in a similar environment.- Experience in policy work, communications or marketing/media would be an advantage.Minimum Year of Working Experience- 1 YearMinimum Qualification- Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Grade- Second Class UpperField Of Study- Mass Communications
