Executive - International Student Affairs

**Responsibilities**:- Ensure **student visas/passes are renewed** three months prior to visa expiry- **Endorsement** of student visa, ensure no overstay of students.- **Airport pick up** of students as per their flight arrival time; ensure they have single entry visa.- **Ensure **all the international students' personal files are **updated** with all the necessary documents.- **Statutory reports** Submission of report and responses.- **Attending emergency** of international students- **Any other responsibilities** entrusted by the management.**Requirements**:- **Bachelor's degree** in business or related field- At least **2 years of relevant working experience **in processing with **Student Visas**.- **Excellent** presentation, communication (Bahasa and English - written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.- **Good** communication (written & verbal) & Interpersonal Skills- Ability to **establish and maintain effective** working relationships- **Problem solving** skills- **Counseling** skills**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
