CompanyMalaysian Communications & Multimedia Commission- locationMalaysia : Selangor- Cyberjaya_- Get Direction- Deadline16 Mar 2024, 5:00 AMJob ScopeJob SummaryTo provide the necessary legal services as required/assigned (which includes the provisioning of legal advice/opinion and handling the progress of litigious matters) with a view of ensuring the interest and rights of the Commission are well safeguarded and within the laws.Job Responsibilities- Prepare the required legal advice on matters affecting the Commission, specifically in respect of litigious matters, to ensure sound advice is provided in safeguarding the interests and rights of the Commission.- Liaise with the external legal counsel handling the litigious matters brought by and against the Commission and internal stakeholders that relate to the litigious matters, to ensure that the Commission's interests and rights are upheld.- Attend trials before the courts of law and Tribunals, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the legal matters raised andthe legal interests of the Commission are well protected.- Job Requirement- A member of the Malaysian Bar will be an added advantage.- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience with exposure in both corporate and litigationMinimum Year of Working Experience- 1 YearMinimum Qualification- Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Grade- Second Class UpperField Of Study- Law
