Responsible for persistency experience monitoring, and surplus & investment profit declaration & distribution.

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Monitor persistency experience for local, regional and regulatory submissions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
2. Perform annual persistency experience studies to support assumption setting for local and regional statutory submissions.
3. Support declaration and distribution of underwriting surplus and investment profit to participants.
4. Enhancement and improvement of current processes and procedures.
5. Involvement in other projects and ad-hoc requests.

Qualification, Skills and Knowledge
1. Candidate with Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent with good progress of actuarial professional qualification.
2. Demonstrates ability to work as a team.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel, Words, and PowerPoint. Knowledge with other programming languages will be an added advantage.
4. Self-motivated and able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision.
5. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
