Executive, Marketing & Sales

Exciting news! We are currently in search of a talented individual to fill the position of Executive, Marketing & Sales.**OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB**Responsible for overseeing marketing and sales functions, which encompass identifying and engaging with new sales opportunities, negotiating agreements and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.**RESPONSIBILITIES****A. SALES & ADMINISTRATION**- Formulate sales strategies and establish objectives.- Generate leads and engage with potential clients.- Address and resolve client inquiries and grievances.- Prepare proposals and quotations.- Utilize sales software to facilitate the sales process.- Manage customer relationship data.- Attain daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Participate in meetings.- Supervise or oversee agents' activities monthly (e.g., roadshows, sales events).**B. MARKETING**- Plan annual marketing initiatives.- Execute marketing plans to boost brand recognition.- Coordinate and organize on-ground event activities.- Collaborate with Graphic Designers to develop content and highlight key messages.- Ensure timely execution of all marketing communications and materials.- Coordinate with suppliers for the production of POS materials and marketing collaterals.- Prepare marketing reports for brand principals, covering post-event/campaign analysis, competitor insights, and metrics.- Manage and monitor marketing expenses, ensuring timely submission of payment-related documents.- Maintain and renew licenses for marketing materials such as buntings, banners, and billboards.**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENT**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
