Job DescriptionMarketing Campaign Management:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for Santan, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to tailor campaigns for maximum impact.Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and visually appealing marketing materials.Social Media Oversight:Manage all social media channels, creating and curating relevant content to maintain an active and involved audience.Implement strategies to increase followership, engagement, and overall brand visibility.Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.Data Analysis and Optimization:Research and analyze social media trends, ad performance, and web visitor data to identify opportunities for improvement.Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, enhance audience targeting, and maximize campaign effectiveness.Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Work closely with various departments to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.Collaborate with product development, customer service, and other teams to promote a consistent brand image across all platforms.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing campaign management and social media coordination.At least 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related fieldFamiliarity with current trends in digital marketingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging marketing materialsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry is a plus We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
