Execute and communicate on retention offer to retain customer and increase defend rate- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and find out attrition reasons and how may improve products and services to increase loyalty- Constantly engage Decision Management team to conduct on-going analysis on retention offer performance to ensure healthy retention rate- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on all matters relating to address issues and enhancement for better customer experience- Day to day operation process- Constant number performance monitoring & continuous improvement on process/procedure- Conduct briefing, training on retention offer- Execute and communicate on card upgrade offer- Develop and execute marketing plans and co-ordinate with stakeholders on communications of each campaign.
