To assist Head of FEMS (HOF) in managing Hospital Support Services - Facility Engineering Maintenance Services.- To assist Head OF FEMS (HOF)/ Electrical Engineer in Minimising Deduction/Penalty/ Critical Events, prevent any implementation of clauses in the Concession Agreement (CA), that can cause damages or losses to the company by the Contract Hospital; timely attended all the work orders raised by the hospital staff and achieve good customer feedback survey.- To assist your superior in ensuring that Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS) are according to the Concession Agreement, Technical Requirements & Key Performance Indicators, Master Agreed Procedures, Project Operation Guidelines, Hospital Specific Implementation Plan and other statutory requirements intorduces from time to time.- Assisting immediate superior in planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, managing and supervising vendor's maintenance staff in carry out their day to day duties and responsibilities.- As a first respondent to any complaints lodged by Hospital Personnel.- Execution all operation and maintenance works either of the 33KV, 11 KV or 415 V Electrical System.- Daily Inspection, record and verify on the electrical, UPS, Standby Generator Set and main switch board (LV, H & Transformer) as a compulsory activities.- Assist inspection by Electrical Consultant/Visiting engineer, check & update status on electric supply condition and highlight to the HoF if need further action from the management.- To ensure Hospital building electrical is mantained effectively and comply with the Latest Energy Commission requirement.- To ensure that Hospital Substation Equipment installations is executed in such a manner that meets the quality specified as sell as safety and health requirements.- To consult, assist, control and monitor Hospital Building Maintenance works, Reimbursible Work and project related to electrical work.- Work closely with Sustainability Program Department (Energy Managemant Services), and its appointed Consultants to ensure successful implementation of these programs at site.- Responsible to manage, lead, motivate, train and coach FEMS Technical Personnel minimum twice a year so that their performance and competency meet the company standard.- Responsible to build good rapport with the customers and enhance Company's image by providing high quality services to them from time to time.- To provide monthly report using ASIS for any related Electrical System/Equipment.- To execute Thermal Imaging task for every Switchboard every year (annually) and to provide technical report based on inspection.- To provide technical assistance if required for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and HVAC Engineering.- To attend Testing and Commisioning (T&C) for any Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) if required.- To work closely with The Electrical Service Provider during Emergency Breakdown/ Switching and in the same time to avoid services distruption.- To advices and monitor all services performed by vendor or lead/execute FEMS in house team during Servicing Genset/ Transformer/ Battery/UPS.- To attend/assist and give co-operation Internal/External Audit or Inspection by the company and/or clients.
