If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…Support product development, product management and portfolio management in achieving business objectives and goals.Develop high yield products that comply with BNM guidelines and the Bank's compliance requirements.Work with relevant stakeholders on any responses/feedback which is mortgage related and required by ABM and BNM within stipulated timeline given.Work with respective internal & external stakeholders to ensure product/campaigns are properly executed in a timely mannerProvide advice to salesperson/Branch on campaign/product/policy/processes inquiry.Work with frontliners, call centre, VOC and other units to resolve customer requests/complaints timely and efficiently.Develop strategies/plans/processes to prevent or minimize occurrences of complaints.Work with relevant stakeholders on board pricing related issues and strategies.Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings.
