Executive - Production (Coffee Roastery)

Conducting stock take on monthly basis- Ordering raw materials n packaging materials on par level- Keeping par level stocks for outlets at KFLM- Receiving orders and completing it within the given timeline- Machine maintenance - dismantling all ducts and filters in the afterburners and sealing them back. Oiling/greasing all bearings.- Roasting beans - consistency during roasting batch after batch- Keeping roast degree within the SOP range (need major change)- Cupping each batch after resting day and filling up score card.- Packing and labelling each packets/boxes.- Keying in all transactions (receiving /production) from Roastery to cross-functional department (Procurement and Finance).**REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum Diploma in Food Technology, Business Studies, Hospitality Management, Culinary Art or any other related field.- Minimum 3 years working in the related field.- Strong knowledge in Coffee or Roastery business operations would be an added advantage.- Possess own transportation and willing to travel.- Good communication in both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia**Job Type**: PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Perai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
