Responsible in monitoring all Production & RMP processes, Planning & Scheduling, Machine operation & maintenance, ensure all the operation are following the set parameter and SOP.- Discuss with Planner on the daily scheduling in regards of machine and manpower allocation to achieve the set targets.- Monitoring the Quality and Food Safety Compliance, ensure employees effectively follow ISO & Food safety systems.- Liaison with other related departments including giving feedback to maintenance on any machinery abnormality and breakdown.- Work closely with QC on quality issues and carry out corrective actions to avoid reoccurrence or misunderstanding.- Initiative improvement activities to reduce wastage and increase operation efficiency.- Managing employee welfare, training and development.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
