CompanySime Darby Oils- locationMalaysia : Selangor- Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia_- Get Direction- Deadline19 Mar 2024, 8:22 PMJob Scope- To ensure Master Production Schedule is prepared on time in according to production capacity, raw material and manpower planning.- To plan monthly and weekly production plans for all confirmed orders received and distributed on time.- To advise relevant departments and revise the plan when there is disruption in the original plan.- To update status of the production plan and delivery schedules.- Responsible for scheduling and reporting the product and process development projects/trials.- To assist in sourcing for alternatives and replacements of raw material for cost reduction and improvement process.- To generate monthly raw material requirement forecast and provide weekly/monthly report to relevant department.- To maintain records and implementation of all related work manual/s, procedure/s of ISO 9000:2000, HACCP System, OHSAS 18001.- Job Requirement- Preferably graduates from Bachelor Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.- Preferably with experience in leading a team in delivering output, quality and cost improvement goals.- Preferably with experienced in preparing reports.- Good problem solving, supervisory and communication skills, and result oriented.- Preferably an advanced (fluent) user of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).- Preferably with experience in using the SAP system.Minimum Year of Working Experience- 1 YearMinimum Qualification- Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Grade- Second Class UpperField Of Study- Engineering (Chemical)
