Executive Production

Responsible in finishing process management supervisory.- Assist finishing department manager to manage finishing process activity.- Lead and manage the finishing process according to work instruction and standard operating procedure.- Lead the team members toward management objective.- Conduct training to his subordinates.- To ensure production schedule are follow and met.- To ensure waste is under control and reduce.- To ensure product's standard are met.- Conduct trouble shooting activity and provide solution to production problems.- Implement and maintain 6S at work place.- To ensure all documents controlled in the department are updated.- Preparing department performance report to department manager for analysis.- Liaise with relevant departments on the quality issue and customer complaint and corrective action.- Ensure production machineries are maintained according maintenance schedule.- To ensure maximize utilization of resources.- To ensure ISO 9001:2018 quality management systems are effectively executed.- Undertaking any task assigned by management.**Job Requirement**:- Advance Diploma with 3 years' supervisory experience in related field, or- Diploma with 5 years' supervisory experience- Computer literate and knowledge in ISO 9000.- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
