**Manage Procurement Plan**- Analyse input (capacity warehouse)- Assists HoD prepare procurement plan- Assist HOD to communicate with suppliers on yearly forecast ordering.**Manage Request- Other Purchase Item (Packaging)**- Verify purchase request.- Monitor E PRF submission.- Verify artwork with respective unit (QA/Marketing/Requestor)- Request price quotation with suppliers- Assist HoD Procurement in pay term negotiation.- Get CSCO approval for purchase items.- Route to E-Payable for finance approval**Manage Request - Urgent request**- Assist HOD to analyze rate of increment and do justification.- Request price quotation with suppliers- Assist HoD Procurement in pay term negotiation**Manage Ordering - Other Purchase Item (Packaging)**- Prepare Purchase Order- Get confirmation artwork with supplier.- Verify artwork with respective unit (QA/Marketing/Requestor)- Request for supplier Proforma Invoice- Submit PO, Proforma Invoice & Memo to Finance- Advise ETA- Monitor Delivery**Manage Stock Order Shipment - Other Purchase Item (Packaging)**- Develop receiving schedule.- Inform user.- Monitor stock delivery**Manage Purchase Return/ Complaint (Packaging)**- Receive complaint.- Verified complaint and batches of items.- Forward to supplier.- Negotiate for claim or replacement.- Prepare arrangement for pick up and resend the items.**Manage Supplier Relationship**- Identify supplier deliverable.- Assist HOD Evaluate yearly supplier with QA.- Assist HOD to monitor supplier performance.- Assist HOD to analyse supplier performance.- Assist HOD to negotiate contract with supplier.- Assist HOD to communicate with suppliers on yearly forecast ordering.**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
