**JOB SUMMARY**:To assist in the planning/ execution of events, marketing activities that promote mall's/ tenants' promotions and generate a consistent traffic growth. Coordinate social media, PR and advertising activities of the mall.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- To assist in coordinating with the casual leasing tenants on the available leasing space and advertising space;- To source and collaborate with event organizers to introduce a variety of activities/ workshops/ programmes that generate a consistent growth in traffic;- To coordinate between external parties and operations on pre-events, during events and post-events operations;- To assist to work with tenants on their promotion activities;- To conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes;- To propose suitable advertising medium (internal and OOH) for the mall;- To consolidate the content for A&P collaterals;- To assist to prepare publicity/ promotion plans to create in-mall and public awareness for all events and activities- To foster good rapport and maintain on-going business relationship with tenants, vendors, event organizers, agencies etc for joint promotional & partnership opportunities;- To assist in media liaison / public relations duties related to the shopping mall.- To assist in conducting market research and analysis to determine consumer behaviors, trends and market requirements for existing and future activities.- Any other duties as assigned by the Management**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS**:- SPM and above- Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing or administrative roles- Experience in retail mall or related industry is an added advantage- Basic social media and digital knowledge- Good in coordination and PR skills- Good presentation skills eg. Powerpoint, Microsoft Office- Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for details;- Good project management and negotiation skills;- Demonstrate composure when under pressure and ability to work with efficiency at all levels;- Proactive and good initiatives approach;
