Our client is a well established property development and construction company, with an impressive list of award winning developments. Their portfolio of development ranging from mixed-use and commercial projects, hotel and hospital across Malaysia. Due to fundamental growth, they are right now looking to recruit a high profile and professional Executive Secretary for their Director of Sales & Marketing who is based at their corporate Sales office at Petaling Jaya.

About the position
This is a permanent position,reporting to Director of Sales & Marketing. The incumbent will be a highly professional and presentable Personal Assistant to support the extremely busy Director. Ideally you will come from a background in real estate/property industry and also have a great aptitude for high level client service, sales and marketing support.
As the Executive Secretary to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will provide all round secretarial and high level administrative support in high level property sales business, administrative and secretarial matters.
Responsibilities and scope of duties will be:
•Overall provide a full and comprehensive administrative, business analysis and business support to the Head of Sales.
•Pro-actively manage and provide high level secretarial and administrative support to Head of Sales.
•To capture consolidate and prepare daily,weekly and monthly,quarterly and yearly sales report by using Excel Advance.
•Responsible for daily management, E-mails, preparation and formatting of reports.
•Respond and advise efficiently to electronic or verbal inquiries on all matters that concern the Head of Sales.
•Liaise and coordinate business decisions.
•Assistance to the Director in full management of correspondence, email box and calendar.
•General overseeing of the office and administrative duties.
•Manage meetings,including attending where required.
In this respect, you should possess a proven good command of English, both spoken and written, a good writing skills in English. Besides, a good business and PA background at senior level is essential and necessary. It is imperative that you need to be flexible and willing to take on tasks in quite a different areas of work in support of the portfolio of the Head of Sales.

The person
This role has extensive clients liaison so the candidate's ability to network with ease are traits that are essential for this exciting role. In this respect, we are looking for some one who can fit into this critical role with the following traits:
•Malaysian female in age group 30-40; matured personality with positive work attitude.
•Candidate must possess minimum a Diploma qualification in Business Administration or Secretarial Science.
•At least 5 years of combined work experience as a Executive Secretary or PA in previous capacity role.
•Previous working experience in sales role/environment will be highly desirable and essential.
•Excellent command of spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
•Advanced knowledge of computer application skills,especially in reports and spreadsheet applications.
•Be comfortable and flexible to work additional or extended office hours when needed.
•Convenient to work in Kelana Jaya area.

This is an excellent role which will command an above average remuneration package of RM 4000-5500. The standard work hours is a typical 5-day week, 8.30 am-6.00pm although you will be required to work additional or extended hours during the project launch period.
