To ensure the employees have clear objectives and work priorities and work effectively in line with the company procedures and rules, compliance and best professional practice.6.To ensure that the company corporate governance framework is robust and effective and that there are effective and efficient systems and processes in place for the proper conduct of the company business.7. Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and regulation pertaining to the corporate governance.8. Any other instructions Requirements 1.
