**Job Title**:- Executive, Social Media Content Creator**Reports To**:- Assistant Manager, Social Media Content Creator**Role Purpose**:- The Social Media Content Creator at MAG is responsible for independently creating captivating and engaging content for the airline's social media channels. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the airline's online presence, brand image, and customer engagement through a variety of content formats.**Key Accountability**:- Independently develop creative and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.- Produce a wide range of content types, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts.- Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to plan and schedule content that aligns with event launches, marketing campaigns, promotions, and corporate communications.- Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule.- Create compelling visual stories that showcase the airline's services, destinations, and brand values.- Use photography, videography, and graphic design skills to convey engaging narratives.- Engage with the airline's social media audience by responding to comments, and messages, and fostering online community interactions.- Monitor social media trends and feedback for insights and opportunities.- Determine the most effective ways to distribute content on different social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.- Utilize scheduling and publishing tools for efficient content distribution.- Monitor the performance of social media content using analytics tools.- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content based on data-driven results.- Ensure that all content created maintains brand consistency, adhering to the airline's visual and messaging guidelines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters, as needed.**Qualifications & Working Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field with minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation.**Areas of Experience**:- Proficiency in graphic design and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).- Strong visual storytelling skills and a creative mindset.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.- Knowledge of the aviation industry and an interest in travel and tourism is a plus.
