**JOB PURPOSE**:- Lead specific sports classes (field), games, and programs in their specific designated sport.- Plan, organize and safely lead students/participants through sports activities for each program. Must be able to thrive in an environment with the unique challenges. Works with limited supervision.**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- Demonstrate and explain the skills and rules of sports, to individuals or group of students including helping them to learn basic rules, stances, grips, movements, and techniques of a game.- Create awareness and understanding of fitness, motor skills, sports psychology, sports science, sports injury and nutrition to keep the students informed.- Explain and enforce safety rules governing sports, recreational activities and the use of sports and exercise equipment to increase understanding and ensure adherence to the rules.- Identify the needs, plan and implement suitable training programs and provide differentiated instruction for various ability grouping.- Implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.- Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides the students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.- Monitor and support the overall progress and development the students and contribute to raising standards of students' attainment as positive encouragement.- Monitor the effectiveness of the delivered curriculum by regularly assessing the Students' progress, keeping careful records and making appropriate reports to Management and relevant stakeholders.- Create a stimulating environment which is well organised. Demonstrate, share and support ALAM's mission to provide opportunities for personal growth and enjoyment.- Plan activities, games and order necessary supplies to promote healthy living, sharpen students' athletic skills and promote positivity around the campus.- Ensure students/participants are active as possible during the program execution.
