We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Role and Responsibilities:Monitor persistency experience for local, regional and regulatory submissions.Perform annual persistency experience studies to support assumption setting for local and regional statutory submissions.Support declaration and distribution of underwriting surplus and investment profit to participants.Enhance and improve current processes and procedures.Involve in other projects and ad-hoc requests.Qualification, Skills and KnowledgeCandidate with Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent with good progress of actuarial professional qualification.Demonstrates ability to work as a team.Proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel, Words, and PowerPoint. Knowledge with other programming languages will be an added advantage.Self-motivated and able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
