**Join the largest cinema exhibitor and leading film distributor in Malaysia!****You will play an important role in**:Implement & develop employee's engagement strategy, core channels and best practice guidelines, supports in change programs in driving 7 key competencies among employees.- **Employee Engagement Survey (EES)**- Facilitate the EES spearheaded by PPB Human Resources for GSC employees.- Compile survey findings and provide actionable insights on key feedbacks by employees.- Support by conducting internal focus group sessions to validate & obtain detailed feedback on EES findings.- **Employee Engagement Strategy Implementation**- Evaluate the company's culture and climate to determine the employee engagement strategy. Formulating the relevant strategy to address EES findings.- Assist line managers develop plans to improve employee engagement through one-on-one meetings with employees, focus groups, workshops, or any other methods.- To determine suitable trainings, talks, & seminar to improve employee overall wellbeing- Implementation of a new internal engagement platform which aims to build networks and empower employees- Develop and deliver the organization's internal communication based on strategy provided by manager, planning and calendar of activities- To build a business case from EES findings, determine the key feedback that will influence the engagement most, creating a budget to improve engagement, develop an assessment mechanism on the outcome.- **Training & Development**- To manage external training request ie. arrange with training vendors/consultant for HQ & cinema staff external training based on need and coordinate the training sessions.- Plan and arrange team building as of when its required.- Develop training modules and execute Soft Skill & Upskilled Training internally.- **Reporting & Analytics**- Prepare monthly engagement & training reports as per deadline for Team & HR updates.- Prepare monthly engagement & training attendance report & summary.- To support & prepare sustainability report particularly on Training sessions that we did.- Collect, analyse, and summarise feedbacks periodically, as required.- To administer & support HRDF administration to keep the levy balance low.- **Contributes to Team Effort**- Perform other duties and responsibility that may be assigned by the company's management.**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:- Minimum Degree in any field.- At least 1 years' experience in employee engagement.- Experienced in conducting / organizing a training is an added advantage.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites i.e. _Word_, _Excel_ and _PowerPoint_.- Experienced in employee engagement activity and implementations including evaluating the outcome.- Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement model.
