Responsibilities
• Help organisations prepare for tomorrow by taking advantage of infrastructure sustainability trends• Develop market-ready professionals• Address challenges related to food safety and quality management• Plan, finance, manage, and deliver large scale capital and infrastructure projects
Requirements
• At least 1 year of relevant transaction advisory services experience• Experience in financial due diligence and M&A activities• Degree in Accounting / Economics / Finance or relevant disciplines• Working knowledge of IFRS and Malaysian Companies' Act 1965• Knowledge in corporate finance and financial modeling preferred• Excellent written and presentation skills
