Export Marketing Manager

To develop and execute comprehensive export marketing plans to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue growth.2. To identify and evaluate market trends, competitive analysis, consumer behavior, and to inform marketing strategies and product development initiatives.3. To collaborate with cross-functional teams; and ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.4. To drive e-commerce initiatives and optimize online sales channels, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.5. To manage relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to ensure effective product placement and promotion.6. To analyze sales performance data, market insights, and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.7. To stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and international marketing.**Qualifications**:**Requirement**:1. Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or its equivalent. Master's degree is an added advantage.2. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in export marketing, e-commerce, or international business development.3. Proven experience in international business management, preferably in the baby product industry.4. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.6.
